Technology and Marketing
After many years and selling many homes, I have seen what works and what doesn't. When selling your home, there are 5 pillars of success to achieve the best price when selling your home:
Technology: We live in a technology-driven world. Getting your home ported to potential buyers through various web and app optimization is key. Not understanding technology can drastically limit the number of buyers that will see your home.
Marketing: Selling a home is an art. Real Estate is an emotional purchase. Your agent must create excitement and market your home in a way that will emotionally activate potential buyers. This requires a marketing team with a keen eye for design and art.

Negotiation, Design and Attention
Design: Prepping a house for sale is an art form. When purchasing their home, buyers make decisions not only on data, but, emotion. When a buyer sees photos or walks through a home, they are having an experience. We look at your home as a piece of art and work collectively to create an amazing experience for the buyer. Achieving this takes a keen artistic eye and high attention to detail. Doing this effectively will get you better results, time and time again.
Negotiation: If your agent simply lets offers come in and watches the process happen, they are not negotiating. Your agent needs to be in control of the process, steering the transaction in a way that benefits you as much as possible.
Attention: Most agents don't answer the phone and take forever to respond to text messages. Other agents have a large team and your transaction is handled by staff, not the individual agent you hired. Your agent needs to personally communicate with buyers agents, potential buyers and be active and prompt in the offer submission process. This attention to detail will have a drastic impact on the final sales price of your home.
